• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the personal nature of body products, we only accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, contact us at nurturednat@gmail.com. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of returned goods.

• Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
